Required Qualification:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of experience, including finalization of accounts and handling of audit and statutory compliance;
  • Skills Required: Good communication, management and leadership skills. Should be able to manage a team of 5. Sound knowledge of Accounting principles and Tally package; Good Knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities:
  • Accounts maintenance and finalization;
  • Training of accounting staff in financial accounting systems & accounting standards, in complying with policies & procedures, statutory compliance etc.
  • Comply with the laws of US as well as the finalizing the US accounts and co-ordination with the CPA.
  • Assists in preparation of Plans & budgets, its comparison with the actuals and analyses the variance on a monthly basis;
  • Co-ordinates in drafting Company policies, and its compliance monitoring.
  • Compliance with various statutory regulations such as Income Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax, Excise Duty, STPI, RBI, ROC, Gratuity, PF, PT etc. In compliance, periodical payments, filing the returns etc.
  • Payable and Receivable Management;
  • Assists and advise staff members in resolving problems and issues that arise with internal and external customers / vendors in consultation with superiors;
  • Coordinating with all levels of management within the Company and outside for accomplishing various financial tasks & analysis;
  • Assigning / monitoring of tasks of subordinates;
  • Verification of all vouchers on a daily basis with accuracy;
  • Verification of all payments & receipts on a continuous basis;
  • Verification of all accrual entries for Monthly closing and the monitoring its further movement;
  • Preparation of all Monthly reports for Management Decision Making;
  • Preparation & finalization of all month end activities which includes analysis, review, etc.
  • Preparation of Daily Fund Forecasts;
  • Review BRS, Account Reconciliations, Cost center mapping etc.
  • Preparation and maintenance of Fixed Asset Register, physical verifications and tagging;
  • Audit Support for liaising, co-coordinating, finalizing the financials & notes to accounts etc.
  • Manage Front office finance Support and team work for Employee claims;
  • Any other work identified and required to be performed from time to time;

  • 4 years of experience in selling IT products or services
  • Selling testing services would be an advantage
  • Knowledge on software testing and automation tools is required
  • Knowledge on Domain specific tools are an advantage
  • Should have worked and has a database in Bangalore region
  • Has to identify prospective customers
  • Should be able to understand the pain areas of the business
  • Work out the solution with the help of respective technical expertise.
  • Should be able to customize the proposals according to customer's need
  • Find new opportunities and extension of business with the existing customers
